5 Important Self-Quarantine Wellness Tips

We have compiled a short list of tips to prioritize wellness during your time in self-quarantine.

1. Reach Out

2. Meditation

Clearing your mind of stressful clutter on a daily basis will continue to strengthen your mental health. Hop on the app store, YouTube, or even ask friends and family who meditate to share tips and suggestions.

3. Meal Plan and Prep

5. Catch Some Zzz's

There’s no doubt that stress affects sleep. If you aren’t sleeping well at night try implementing small changes that will make a big difference for your sleep. Avoid being on your phone right before bed. Go to bed at the same time each night. Take time to clean your bedroom each day by making your bed, cleaning up laundry, and clearing clutter on your nightstand. If you find yourself exhausted mid-day then take a nap if you are able. Your wellness isn’t worth putting on the line. Sleep as you need. Create a bedtime routine that works for you.
